- 4 portabella mushrooms with stems removed
- Spaghetti sauce
- Turkey pepperoni (6 slices for each pizza)
- Chicken sausage (Aidells or Casual Gourmet or Applegate Farms)
- Veggies of choice: bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, etc.
- Low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup on each mushroom)
- Wash mushroom caps and let dry
- Spray the mushroom caps with cooking spray and place them on a baking pan.
- Layer tomato sauce on each mushroom, sprinkle with cheese, and place turkey pepperoni, chicken sausage, and veggies of choice on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
