Delicious Beet Greens


  • 2 bundles of fresh beets with stems and greens (only use the stem and greens)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • dash salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


  1. Remove the stem and beet greens from the beet (save the beet bulb for another dinner)
  2. Steam in a large pot for 15 minutes or until the beet greens and stems are tender.
  3. Remove from pot and place in a medium sized bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Serve and enjoy! Serves 6.
