Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 scoops Orgain Sweet Vanilla Protein Powder (or your favorite)
- 3 tbsp granulated Stevia
- 1/4 cup PB2
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix until well combined
- Roll dough into twelve balls and place on cookie sheet
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown
