Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

These protein-packed peanut butter cookies are perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings while still keeping you fueled with protein. Enjoy the wholesome goodness in every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 scoops Orgain Sweet Vanilla Protein Powder (or your favorite)
  • 3 tbsp granulated Stevia
  • 1/4 cup PB2
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix until well combined
  4. Roll dough into twelve balls and place on cookie sheet
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown
  6. Enjoy warm or save for later!
