No Bake Oatmeal Raisin & Chocolate Chip Bites

Ingredients:

 

½ cup Tahini (runny)

¼ cup Maple Syrup

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup Oats (rolled)

¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder

¾ tsp Cinnamon

¼ tsp Sea Salt

1 tbsp Water (as needed)

⅓ cup Raisins

⅓ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

 

Directions:

1.In a large bowl, combine the tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk well to

combine.

2. Add the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until fully combined. If

the mixture looks too dry, add water as needed.

3. Stir in the raisins and chocolate chips.

4. Use a teaspoon or one-inch cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture and roll it

into balls.

5. Use slightly damp hands to roll the balls easily. Refrigerate for one

hour to firm up and then enjoy!
