Contest Rules for a $500, $250, and $100 Gift Card Giveaway:
Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and own or operate a business in Collier/Lee County with three or more employees.
Entry Period: The contest begins on April 21st, 2023, and ends on April 30th, 2023 Entries received outside of this time frame will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the sponsor’s website and meet with a representative from Nuesana to evaluate their current healthcare plan. Limit one entry per person.
Prize: The first winner will receive a $500 Visa gift card, the next selection will win a $250 Visa gift card, and the final selection will receive a $100 Visa gift card. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place within three days after the end of the entry period. The winner will be notified by email or phone within five business days after the drawing.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification within five business days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the allotted time or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without notice. By participating in the contest, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the prize.
Privacy Policy: Any personal information collected from the entrant during the contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with any third party except as necessary to fulfill the prize.
Governing Law: The contest and these official rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
